Delivery and Returns
This notice explains the delivery, withdrawal, return and refund terms applicable to orders placed through the Saint of Me website.

Delivery
Order Preparation
Orders for which payment has been approved are normally prepared within 1-2 business days. Preparation time may vary during promotional periods and public holidays, or for personalised products and orders requiring stock verification. Any different period shall be displayed on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery Areas and Carriers
Delivery is available through UPS, FedEx or DPD to Türkiye, European Union countries, the United States and other regions available for selection at checkout. The Seller selects the carrier based on the address and operational availability. A tracking link or tracking number shall be sent to the customer when the order is dispatched.
Delivery Times and Charges
The estimated total delivery time is 3-10 business days. Standard delivery is free for orders of TRY 4,000 or more within Türkiye and for orders of EUR 300 or more to other countries. For orders below these thresholds, the charge shall be displayed before payment. Charges for express delivery, remote areas or special services shall be added to the total amount where separately selected.
Customs and Import Charges
For international shipments, customs duties, import VAT and local charges in the destination country may be payable by the buyer unless the price is expressly stated to be DDP or inclusive of all taxes. These charges are separate from the Seller’s delivery charge and may be collected by the relevant authority or carrier.
Delay Damage and Loss
The customer may track the shipment using the tracking information provided. If the usual delivery period is exceeded, customer service shall open an investigation with the carrier. If visible damage is identified when the package is received, a carrier damage report should be obtained where possible and the Seller should be notified with photographs. This does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights. The risk of loss or damage remains with the Seller until the product is delivered to the consumer, except where the consumer has selected a different carrier.
Returns and Refunds
14 Day Withdrawal Period
Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery. Notice must be given before the period expires by email, registered electronic mail or the return form on the website. The product must be sent back within 14 days after notice is given.
Return Steps
1. Send the order number, details of the product to be returned and an unequivocal statement of withdrawal to info@saint-of-me.com, or use the return form on the website.
2. Obtain return confirmation, carrier details and shipping instructions from the Seller.
3. Pack the product securely with its accessories, labels and order information.
4. Hand the package over to the UPS, FedEx or DPD carrier specified in the instructions and retain proof of shipment.
Condition of the Product
The product must not be used beyond the ordinary inspection and fitting necessary to assess its nature and suitability, and must not be washed, altered or damaged. Labels and accessories should be retained wherever possible. Any diminished value resulting from use beyond ordinary inspection and fitting may be assessed in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
Hygiene Exception
For underwear and similar products supplied with protective hygiene tape, a seal, tape or sealed packaging, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised if that protective element has been opened and the product is unsuitable for resale for health protection or hygiene reasons. A return shall not be automatically refused solely because of the product category where the protective element remains unopened, or in the case of ordinary clothing. Rights relating to defective goods remain reserved in all circumstances.
Return Charges
For orders within Türkiye, returns are free of charge when the return carrier specified in the Preliminary Information Form is used. If the specified carrier has no branch at the customer’s location, collection shall be arranged without any additional charge. For international returns, the cost and method shall be disclosed before the order is placed, without prejudice to mandatory local rules.
Refunds
For a product handed over to the specified return carrier, the refund period begins on the date of that handover. All amounts received that must be refunded under applicable legislation shall be refunded in a single transaction no later than 14 days thereafter, using a payment method consistent with the payment method used for the purchase and without imposing any cost on the consumer. The bank may require additional time to credit the amount to the card or account.
Incorrect Incomplete or Defective Product
The order number, a description and photographs should be sent to info@saint-of-me.com. Following review, the consumer may select the statutory remedy of a refund, price reduction, repair free of charge, or replacement with a conforming product. The Seller shall bear the return and reshipment costs.
