KVKK Privacy Notice and Terms of Use
This document explains the personal data processing and privacy principles applicable to the Saint of Me website, together with the website’s terms of use.
1. Data Controller
The data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data is LJ GROUP TEKSTİL DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. The data controller may be contacted at Cumhuriyet Mah. 3. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing

4. Methods of Collection
Data may be collected when the customer provides it through website forms, order and payment pages, email, telephone, WhatsApp or Telegram; when transaction results are received from payment service providers, banks and delivery companies; and when website and security logs are generated automatically.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data
Personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients, strictly to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose:
• iyzico, banks and card schemes for payment processing.
• UPS, FedEx and DPD for delivery and returns.
• Website, hosting, email, security, software and technical support service providers, including Tilda as the current website platform provider.
• Accounting, legal, audit and consultancy service providers.
• Courts, enforcement offices, consumer arbitration committees, law enforcement authorities and other competent public authorities where required by law.
6. International Transfers
Personal data may be transferred abroad where Tilda or international payment, hosting, communications or technical service providers use infrastructure located outside Türkiye. Such transfers shall be carried out on the basis of an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards and, where necessary, standard contracts, or the exceptional transfer conditions set out in Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law. Express consent shall be obtained separately only where no other transfer condition is available and the legislation permits reliance on consent.
7. Retention Periods
Personal data is retained for the period necessary for the relevant processing activity, for applicable statutory limitation periods and for as long as required to fulfil the Company’s legal obligations. Transaction and information records relating to distance sales are retained for at least three years, while invoice and accounting records are retained for the periods prescribed by applicable tax and commercial legislation. Marketing permissions are retained until withdrawn or until the processing purpose ends, and cookies are retained for the periods specified in the Cookie Notice. At the end of the applicable period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Data Security
The Company implements technical and organisational measures proportionate to the relevant risks, including measures to prevent unauthorised access, restrict access rights, ensure secure communications, maintain backups and logs, manage suppliers and respond to incidents. Payment card data is processed within the secure systems of iyzico and authorised financial institutions.
9. Data Subject Rights and Applications
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, a data subject has the right to learn whether personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, learn the recipients to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the applicable conditions are met, request notification of those operations to recipients, object to a result arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Applications containing the applicant’s identity and request details may be submitted in writing to Cumhuriyet Mah. D-100 Karayolu Cad. Adm Konaklama Outlet Park AVM No: 374/63, Büyükçekmece/İstanbul, Türkiye, by registered electronic mail to ljgroup@hs09.kep.tr, or to info@saint-of-me.com using an email address previously notified to and recorded in the data controller’s systems. Applications shall be concluded as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days, depending on their nature.
10. Commercial Electronic Communications
Campaign, promotional and marketing communications are sent only after the necessary consent has been obtained. Consent is not a condition for completing an order, providing a service or using strictly necessary cookies. The recipient may withdraw consent through the opt-out mechanism included in the communication, through customer service or through the relevant consent management system.
Website Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms govern visits to https://saint-of-me.com/, use of its catalogue and content, submission of forms and purchases made through the website. The website is operated by LJ GROUP TEKSTİL DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
2. User Obligations
• Provide accurate, current information belonging to the user.
• Not use the website for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose, or in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties.
• Not attempt automated querying, use malware, gain unauthorised access, extract data or reverse engineer the website in a way that compromises website security.
• Protect the security of any account, password and payment details and promptly report any unauthorised use.
3. Intellectual Property
The Saint of Me name, logo, product images, designs, texts, videos, graphics, software and other website content belong to their respective rights holders. Content may not be reproduced, published, modified, distributed or used to create derivative works for commercial purposes without written permission. Consumers may view pages and retain order records for personal use.
4. Product Information and Prices
Product colours may appear differently depending on screen settings. Size, composition and care information is stated on the product page. If an obvious typographical or system error is identified, the Seller shall inform the customer before fulfilling the order. The customer may accept the corrected terms or cancel the order and receive a full refund. This provision does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.
5. Links and Third Party Services
The website may link to payment, delivery tracking, social media or other services. Each third party is responsible for its own services, terms and data processing activities. The Seller’s statutory responsibilities in relation to payment, delivery and data processing suppliers selected by the Seller remain reserved.
6. Service Availability and Changes
Access to the website may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, security, technical failure or legal requirements. These Terms of Use may be updated to reflect changes in legislation or services. Changes shall not retroactively affect orders already concluded or remove the consumer’s accrued rights.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory protective provisions in the consumer’s country of residence and the consumer’s rights to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court remain reserved.
